WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your package will ship within 3-5 business days and arrive within 1-2 weeks once it's been shipped out.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once the order has shipped out, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from USPS.
THE ORDER STATUS SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I CAN'T FIND MY ITEM
We understand mail can get lost or delayed. Sometimes packages get marked "delivered" before they actually are. Please wait about three days after your package has been marked "delivered" before contacting us at 5050designsfashion@gmail.com. Within the email, send a screenshot confirming your order has been delivered and we will work with USPS on filling a claim on your behalf. If things don't get resolved within two weeks we will offer you a full refund or store credit for your entire order AND 20% your next order.
MY ORDER IS WRONG OR DAMAGED
Please email us at: 5050designsfashion@gmail.com with a screenshot of the confirmation email containing your purchased products and (if possible) pictures of the product that has been damaged or is incorrect. Please also mention if an item is missing from your order. We will be happy to send you a new one or offer a refund on the damaged, wrong, or missing products.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can pay in full with any major online payment system using most major credit or debit cards.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All of our products are made exclusively in the United States.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us at 5050designsfashion@gmail.com. We will accept returns within 30 days after your products have been delivered for a full REFUND or EXCHANGE on a different product within 14 days of receiving your order. If we don't hear back from you after the 2 weeks, we will send a full refund. We will not accept:
- Washed products
- Damaged products that were not disputed within the first week of arrival
Note: refunds on returned items will be processed 2-5 days from receipt of the returned items
EXCHANGES
Clothing exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed by emailing the customer an exclusive coupon equivalent to the original items purchased.
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
- Print out the shipping label AND package slip sent to your email.
- Package items being returned or exchanged INCLUDING the package slip inside of the package
- Once we receive your return, we will email you your exclusive coupon code
